Welcome to 614 Food Order, a food ordering platform connecting customers in the Columbus, Ohio area with local restaurant partners ("614 Food Order," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or placing an order on 614 Food Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide accurately reflects your identity and, where applicable, your legal business details. If you are creating a restaurant partner account on behalf of a business, that business will be considered the Merchant.
614 Food Order provides a food ordering platform subject to specific conditions. We maintain the right to remove or reject any restaurant listings, menu items, or content that violate our policies. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior directed at 614 Food Order personnel or restaurant partners may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the authority to request documentation to resolve account disputes and have final decision-making authority in such matters.
3.1 Orders and Accuracy — You agree to provide accurate delivery information when placing orders. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submission. Once an order is confirmed and accepted by a restaurant partner, modifications may not be possible.
3.2 Compliance — You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: providing false or deceptive information when placing orders; engaging in fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks without legitimate cause; attempting to manipulate pricing or promotions through deceptive means; impersonating another person or entity; using the platform for any illegal purpose under Ohio or federal law; attempting to access, disrupt, or interfere with platform systems or infrastructure.
4.1 Fulfillment and Business Information — Restaurant partners agree to provide accurate business information, menu items, pricing, and operating hours on the platform. Our platform connects customers with restaurant partners — all sales contracts are direct agreements between the restaurant partner and the customer. Restaurant partners are solely responsible for all food preparation, quality, safety, and legal compliance.
4.2 Legal Compliance — Restaurant partners bear complete responsibility for all content, goods, and services offered through the platform, including compliance with all applicable Ohio food service regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements. Using 614 Food Order services for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Food Safety and Allergens — Restaurant partners are responsible for the accuracy of allergen information associated with their menu items. 614 Food Order is not responsible for food-related illness or injury arising from items prepared by restaurant partners. Customers with dietary restrictions or allergies should contact the restaurant directly.

We acknowledge and respect your ownership rights regarding any content you upload to our platform, including menu photos, descriptions, and branding materials. All content you own remains your property and responsibility. However, by using 614 Food Order's platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and display that content to operate and promote the platform and your restaurant listing.
614 Food Order is not responsible for third-party services integrated with the platform, including payment processors and delivery providers, and you use them at your own risk. If you use third-party services through our platform, those services' own terms and privacy policies apply.
8.1 Payment Processing — All payment data is securely managed by our payment processor. 614 Food Order does not retain any payment card information.
8.2 Subscription Fees (Restaurant Partners) — Restaurant partner subscription fees will be billed on the schedule corresponding to your chosen plan and will continue until your subscription is terminated.
8.3 Service Fees — Additional service fees may apply for services beyond your subscription plan. If payment cannot be processed, 614 Food Order reserves the right to temporarily suspend your restaurant listing until payment is resolved.
8.4 Tax Responsibility — Restaurant partners are responsible for all taxes related to their business operations and use of our services, including applicable Ohio state and local sales taxes and any other applicable taxes. Nothing in these terms constitutes tax advice.
8.5 Refund Policy — 614 Food Order does not provide refunds on subscription fees. Customer order refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund guidelines.
614 Food Order and you mutually agree to use any Confidential Information belonging to the other party exclusively for fulfilling the obligations specified in these Terms of Service. All Confidential Information must be handled with care throughout our business relationship.
614 Food Order shall not be responsible for any damages or legal actions arising from your non-compliance with the law, violation of this agreement, or infringement of third-party rights. Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited in the event of errors or service interruptions.
By using our platform, you agree to indemnify and hold 614 Food Order harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages resulting from your actions, breaches of this agreement, or harm caused to third parties.
We welcome feedback but are under no obligation to keep ideas or suggestions regarding our platform confidential. We may use feedback in any manner we deem appropriate.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination: 614 Food Order will discontinue providing you access to the platform; any outstanding balance owed to 614 Food Order will become immediately due and payable; restaurant listings will be deactivated.
614 Food Order reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms the platform or its users.
Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. We retain the right to keep certain data for legal, regulatory, or business purposes as required by law.
614 Food Order strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.
614 Food Order shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, fire, labor disputes, or internet service provider failures.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 614 Food Order regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
The failure of 614 Food Order to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without the prior written consent of 614 Food Order.
